On 10th December, The ExciseMan was honoured to host a tasting with Aurélien Dubœuf, grandson of legendary Beaujolais wine producer Georges Duboeuf. The event showcased 5 wines including the 2022 Beaujolais Nouveau which won a Gold medal at the Tropheé Lyon-Beaujolais Nouveau!
Aurélien Dubœuf has been working with his grandfather and his father Franck, learning every aspect of the business from the ground up, working in the vineyards, cellars and in the exports markets.
We are planning more themed dinners so do watch this space, or contact us for a specially arranged dining experience.
